KK Walling (Honorary Member)
“ As a plein air painter in oils, I try to capture the light, shadow, color or mood - that which draws me to the subject - and to communicate that feeling to the viewer. A boldness of brush strokes and the variety in paint texture add interest and feeling to my work.” - K. K. Walling
K. K. Walling works in several media but most of all is a plein air painter with oils. She paints the four corners area--Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico as well as painting while traveling.
