I am inspired by the interplay of light and color that I see in the beauty of God's creation and try to capture the mood of the moment in my paintings.  I paint mostly in oil for the incredible richness of color and flexibility. I am continually exploring new techniques for my plein air and studio work that help me to express each scene. I live in the small community of Flora Vista in northwest New Mexico, and am a member of Plein Air Painters of the Four Corners and Plein Air Painters of New Mexico.

I am represented by Purple Sage Galeria in Albuquerque, New Mexico's Old Town and also maintain a studio at Artifacts Gallery in Farmington, New Mexico.
